This Privacy Policy describes how Concorsa, a hospitality, travel and leisure recruitment and staffing consultancy, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through the website www.concorsarecruitment.com (the "Website"). Concorsa serves employers and job seekers across the United States, and this Privacy Policy is directed to users residing in the United States.

By using the Website or submitting information through it, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website or submit information through its forms.

Who we are

Concorsa is a recruitment and staffing firm focused on the hospitality, travel, and leisure sectors. Through the Website, we receive inquiries from employers seeking recruitment support and from candidates seeking career opportunities. In handling the information submitted through those inquiries, Concorsa acts as the party responsible for deciding how and why that personal information is used.

Scope of this privacy policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Website and to information submitted to us through the forms available on it, including general contact forms, employer inquiry forms, and the resume submission form.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that may be linked from the Website, including job boards, social media pages, or client websites. Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before submitting information to it.

This policy applies to visitors, client contacts, and job seekers who interact with the Website. Separate terms may apply to individuals who become placed candidates or temporary workers, and those terms will be provided at the appropriate stage of the engagement.

Information we collect

We collect the personal information that you choose to provide to us through the forms on the Website. Depending on the form you complete, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, role and location details, and the content of any message you send us.

If you use the resume submission form, we also collect the resume file you upload, which may contain employment history, education, skills, professional references, and other information you have chosen to include in that document. Please submit only information you are comfortable sharing with us for recruitment purposes, and avoid including sensitive details such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health information, which the form does not ask for.

You can browse the Website without providing personal information. Information is collected only when you choose to submit a form or otherwise contact us.

The Website may use cookieless analytics to understand how pages are visited, without placing identifiers on your device.

How we use your information

We use the personal information you submit to respond to your inquiry and for recruitment purposes. For employers, this includes understanding your staffing requirements and communicating with you about our recruitment services in the hospitality, travel, and leisure sectors. For job seekers, this includes reviewing your background, contacting you about suitable opportunities, and presenting your details to prospective employers where appropriate.

We may also use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Website, to manage our internal records, to protect the security and integrity of our systems, and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. The information you submit is not used to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

How your information is transmitted and processed

When you submit a form on the Website, the information you provide, including any resume file you upload through the resume submission form, is emailed to Concorsa through Microsoft 365. Your submission is therefore processed through Microsoft's email infrastructure in the course of delivery, and the resulting message is stored within our Microsoft 365 mailboxes. The Website itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data as part of providing hosting, performance, and security services for the Website.

Microsoft and Cloudflare act as service providers that process information on our behalf and in accordance with their respective terms and security commitments. They are not permitted to use the information for their own independent marketing purposes.

Sharing and disclosure of information

Your personal information is not sold, and it is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in the limited circumstances described in this Privacy Policy.

Where you are a job seeker, we may share your details with client employers in connection with specific opportunities, consistent with the recruitment purpose for which you provided them. We may also disclose information to our service providers, such as the email and hosting providers described above; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets; where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process; or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Concorsa, our clients, our candidates, or others.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, providing recruitment services, maintaining a record of candidates who may be suitable for future roles, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.

In determining an appropriate retention period, we consider the amount and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and whether those purposes can be achieved by other means.

Data security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. The Website is hosted on Cloudflare, and form submissions are transmitted through Microsoft 365, both of which apply their own security controls to the data they process.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot promise absolute security, and you submit information at your own risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately using the contact details below.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws regarding your personal information. These may include the right to request access to the information we hold about you, the right to request correction of inaccurate information, the right to request deletion of your information, the right to request a portable copy of your information, and the right to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about how your information is handled, contact us at contact@concorsarecruitment.com. We will review and respond to your request in accordance with applicable law, and we may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity before acting on a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, subject to proof of authorization.

If you believe your concern has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant state regulator or attorney general.

Children's privacy

The Website is intended for adults seeking employment or recruitment services and is not directed to children. The Website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16, and the personal information of minors is not sold or shared. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at contact@concorsarecruitment.com and we will take steps to delete it.

When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and make the revised policy available on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after a revised policy is posted indicates your acknowledgment of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
